I have the problem of the early ejaculation and in getting a hard erection of the penis. Sometime Ejaculation occurs with in minutes of having sex and also have the problem of nightfall. If there is no sexual activity in 10-15 days nightfall occurs very frequently. Now also not getting time during masturbation. Ejaculation occurs in minutes. Kindly help
