ERECTION PROBLEM, PAIN IN CAP OF PENIS

I cant get errection very often. Untill I touch my penis to attain errection, there is no errection upon its own. It takes longer than normal to ejaculate. Since last 7 days I am having a bit pain in my one side of the head of penis. I sometimes loose errection while havimg sex. I mean there is weak errection
