Hi I am male 26 years old I have been using Duvanta 20mg for Anxiety disorder which contains Duloxitine composition since 2 Years, offlate I noticed that my libido is neutralised and during a sexual intercourse 6 months ago penis erection was not effective and becoming soft in middle of the intercourse u thought it might be because of stress but again the same issue recently, also I am not waking up with erection in early mornings, so I stopped using this drug now my aim now is to gain normal sexual health, how is it possible my testosterone levels are normal I recently got it tested. Please suggest?

Have good sleep, do exercise & yoga daily for 1 hour. Take hot milk 1 glass morning & evening. Avoid spicy..chilli.nd fried food Take CP SHILAJIT tb....Manmath ras .... nd tb....sidh makardhwaj bati... one each morning & evening for 3 months...wd hot milk.. See d results or otherwise consult a sexologist personally .

Change the medications. Duloxetine reduces libido so ask your psychologist to prescribe something else for anxiety disorder. It's completely reversible so you don't have to take any additional medications apart from changing to another class of anti anxiety drugs
