I am bit addicted of mastrubation and its been long years now. Now am suffering natural erection and sperm count is very less. Could you please advise how can i get recover from this issue. I have mentally prepared to stop mastrubation. However is there any other way by medication get cured quickly and advise who will be the right specialist to consult. I am still single. Thanks in Advance.
