I have problem like watery semen constant specially on sexual arouse, erection problem,premature ejaculation, when i empty bladder it do not completely empty and flow is also weak.i also feel cloudy when discharge from penis. Feel pain also.feels like i'll just ejaculate and i mostly ejaculate in night almost twice a week.
