Hello, Let me explain you about his issue in brief - Does it happen he get little Erection he feel he should go in and the moment he try to enter it goes down and it’s not hard enough for him to penetrate? Sometimes even if he penetrate he seems to lose his Erection soon? At some point in a man’s life, he may have difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection. Erection problems occur when you can’t achieve or maintain an erection that’s firm enough to have sexual intercourse. Erection problems are also known as: * erectile dysfunction (ED) * impotence * sexual dysfunction In his case I believe he has developed symptoms of Erectile dysfunction. However this issue is not a major problem to worry as there are medications and treatment available for the same. Rest assured your problem can be resolved.

Hello! I’m Dr Simran Shamanur, a general physician and a sexual medicine consultant. What you just described is a classic case of erectile dysfunction and it could mostly be due to performance anxiety. It is caused when there are a lot of anxious/nervous thoughts in the mind during the intimacy act. We could also call it “first time jitters” It’s is a fairly common concern that I have seen before and is quite treatable. It would help if you can be patient with your partner and communicate every step of the way during the act. Masturbation is a safe and a healthy habit. It shouldn’t necessarily cause any such side effects. If the problem still persists, please do take up a consultation.

Greetings Follow these and see Discuss things you like or dislike with partner Increase foreplay to around 30 mins Increase intimacy by doing activities together Start daily exercise Stop consumption of alcohol, tobaco or any other substance Be in the present moment of having sex Also try different positions See when you increase foreplay it increases endurance to orgasm and different positions breaks monotony and gives you variety to brain
