I'm taking Ashwagandha 1cap ,Shilajit 1 cap once and safed musli 1tsp twice . is it OK? Please suggest.

Hello Instead of taking all these you can take capsule tentex royal twice a day. But its advisable not to take any medicine without advice of a doctor. If you have a problem than consult a specialist i.e a psychiatrist or an urologist in person for evaluation and treatment.
