Hi I'm 31 year old married guy. Erectile dysfunction is my problem. I tried ayurvedic medicine like tentex, ashwagandha and all. Not much improvement after Two three months. I'm a healthy guy who works out regularly. No drinks, no smoking. Now in looking for a pill which helps instantly. I read Tadalafil is good. But not sure if it is available in Indian market.
