Hello Doctor, I am suffering from erectile dysfunction and can't achieve 100% erection. if I take a pill before the act I get good erection but can't ejaculate during the act even after prolonged session and need hand simulation to ejaculate. I am 38 years old and otherwise healthy guy. Not suffering from any disease except a bit higher Uric acid. I am a non smoker and drink 4 5 times a month. Please let me know how this can be cured. Thanks
