Hi Doctor , I had a hair fall problm in 2016, so as it happened by DHT increasing, so I was suggested for Saw Palmetto ( it is ayurvedic similar to Finasteride ) I took it for 1.5 month in April-May 2016, along with I took Beta Sitosterol to block 5 alpha reductase enzyme , 500 mg saw palmetto and 120 mg beta sitosterol I took daily for 1.5 months, after that I found some erection problm , I immediately left to take it, I thought if I don't take it , the problm is reversible , but it's now more than 2 yrs , I didn't get it back, I don't have libido , its total 0 libido, I'm not getting attracted by anything, my penis becomes lyk a kids , too much small, I can't even erect , if I drink too much water also I don't get urinary pressure ( no pressure in bladder ) , testicle becomes small, in 2017 in April I went for (morning) Testosterone level test its -- 3.8ng/mL, is it low testosterone ? do I have more estrogen / or should I chk estrogen levels ? can I get my previous life back ?
