Is it necessary to restich epi gaping wound.. it's difficult for me to go to hospital in this lockdown.. i delivered on 15mar ( vaccum) and noticed 2-3 stitches have come out....  I have taken 5 days of oral antibiotics and chymoral.. there is no sign of infection till now... Raw area is there(where  labia majora ends rt side) How long it will take to heal? Will there be any complications in future?

Cleanliness of the vaginal area plays a pivotal role in healing of a episiotomy wound. Try to keep the area clean and dry as much as possible. Futher medication depends on the depth of the wound for which the wound needs to b seen.
