I would like to explain here about patient medical issue.
At present Patient age is 30 years, at the age of 10 year patient get fall down in stairs and get injury in brain.After that patient get first seizures at the age of 14 year and patient is continuously on medication till now having Lamipil 100 mg twise in a day.
In three years ago patient reduces doges with consultation of doctor from 100 mg to 50 mg but get seizure.
Now I have some quarries regarding this issue as we are moving for marriage of this girl.
1. As we know there are two types of epilepsy, one is symptomatic means which occur due to head injury and in our case patient also having epilepcy due to head injury. and other type of epilepsy is Idiopathic (which occur due to unknown reason). The reduction in life expectancy of patient suffering with symptomatic epilepsy is aprox. 10 years as compare to normal person life.Is it SO?
Could this explain a 5-year hx of urine retention, leg weakness/numbness, not much pain?
