For diet, don't give gap more than 5 hours except for night. Don't ear too much in one go. Avoid oily and spicy especially garlic, capsicum, chilly etc. Avoid arhar( tur/pigeon pea) dal. Don't sleep or lie down atleast for 2 hours after meals especially after dinner.
Do yoga or pranayam in morning. Brisk walk 2 km per day can help to alleviate stress.
