Epididymal cyst - 6x6.00 mm
Hi Doctor,
I'm examined positivie with small cysts on right epididymis side. Few stats of scrotal USG: Largest cysts measuring 6*6 mm. Right epididymis measures 19mm and left measures 11mm. I'm feeling mild pain in right testicle. Are these stats are normal if not what is the solution or treatment. Are these cysts curable through medicines only or not?

After carefully listening to your history n evaluating the issue we suggests....
These are not significant finding...just relax...it can cause pain if get inflamed. The cysts are small if they increase in size with tume can lead to symptoms. Currently I suggest just try Zerodol p for few days. You will be fine. Use light garments.
