Eosinophils problem

Blood tests have shown mild eosinophilia. Range in test - 800, and in second test - 507. Is this serious? And what to do?

This could be due to worm infection or some sort of allergic reaction. Take tablet Unicarbazon forte twice daily for 7 days.Take tablet Zentel once weekly for 2 weeks. Take tablet Azithromycin-500 mg once daily for 5 days. Drink plenty of water.
