Hello doctor. I just had a routine blood test done. There is a mild increase in the number of eosinophils. It's 520 /cu mm (20-500). Is this something to be worried about?

It is on higher side but not exceeding greatly . So no need to worry but should consider deworming. Kindly consult me for further guidance
