My skin is becoming too dry..specially lips and area around and below leg ankle.My right ear is having a little pain inside(Cocklhea) and I feel like will fall down sometimes because of imbalance while walking.My upper part of stomach feels fire inside sometimes but not having any sour water acidity(but I have acidity issues),rather having fart with foul smell.I never had a clear latrine in many months and always feeling sleepy with less energy..I think the end of my eternal body is very near...help me to sustain it..
