Hi there, the healthiest oil is a blend of rice bran and safflower and can be used for deep as well as shallow frying. Other oils to consider are: Sunflower oil for shallow and deep frying Extra virgin olive oil for putting over salads or use as dressing Olive oil for shallow frying 100 % rice bran oil for shallow and deep frying
