I have had a tetanus shot 30 days before now again I received a cut In my leg it’s deep do I need to have another tetanus shot?

No u don't need a new shot of tetnus once you vaccinated for tetnus it works for almost 10years so u don't need a tetnus shot at present.
Next Steps
just go for dressing and stitching of wound and antibiotics cover to avoid further infection.
