Hi, Currently I am 11weeks pregnant and doctor in India started with this injection as soon as pregnancy was confirmed. Previously I had a missed abortion on 7 weeks. Now i have moved out of India and doctor in my current country is saying here we generally don't give this enoxaparin injection however they give aspirin 75 which anyhow I was taking along with enoxaparin. Can anyone please suggest till when this injection should be continued or what's the parameter to decide when it should be stopped . As doctor is saying blood flow is good in the uterus.
