My son 9years old got continous cold for 3 months, hence got enlarged adenoids and turbinates. Is it going to cure by itself or medical intervention required? He does mouth breathing and snores as well

Use metaspray nasal spray 2 puffs two times a day for 1 month. avoid cold items
