I realised that my twin daughter10 yr old has very enlarged tonsils since a long time ..pls suggest any medicine o can give her.also pls suggest both my twins hv a very high eye glass numbers near about -5. So what can we do to reduce the number.

For enlarged tonsil n frequent throat pain removal of tonsil is only option. for eye number consult ophthalmologist.
