Plz check the attachment of my reports and advise if i need medical attention or not!!! The test was done few months ago!

Depending upon the report  only   difficult to comment anything , but if you have period issue,  excessive facial hair growth,  then yes  you do  need medical attention along with some life style modification like avoid junk food regular exercise at least 30min per day.
