It has been enlarge for 3 - 4 years but misdiagnosed.
What diagnostic tests should I seek to determine the cause of the swollen lymph gland? What medical specialist will be able to approve.

Do one thing, before making such allegations, spend 10 years and become a surgical specialist.
Then you can do whatever you want .
Don't speak like a illiterate person.
Get it checked out by a surgeon.
