My wife is having enlarged gland over collar bone and its red since last 1 and 1/2 months. What is this . Blood report is HB 12.0 TLC -10500 Neutorphil-70 Lymhocyte-26 ESR -45 RBC Count=-4.35 Platelet Count 3.95 Blood Urea - 20.0 Serum Creatinine 0.7
