I got my neck x ray done and it shows enlarged adenoids is this something to worry about? As such I have no symptoms other than something swollen which I feel in neck which obviously was showed in the x ray as enlarged adenoids

Enlarged adenoids are generally seen in children and it's enlargement is not normal.... You need to visit a Rhinologist or an ENT surgeon for few tests before something else can be commented upon....
