What are the causes of  many enlarged lymphnodes in right side submandibular region and bilateral cervical .. suffering from pain this region last 6-7 months. Any suggestions? Should I go for USG guided FNAC test? I have taken antibiotics got Pain relief but still feel discomfort. My doctor says it is because of infection.

Any history of fever, weight loss, loss of appetite. Any family history of tuberculosis. Needs to undergo fnac, cbc, ESR.
