Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have 1 lymphnode in groin area In Size 14.3MM, Hard and painless,Stable... i have done FNAC and Ultrasound in last year August 2017. (Please Check Attached Photos Of Reports). but last 4 days i feel lymphnode increase in size.. i worry for it. please clear my doubts. 1. It's Cancerous and non canerous? 2. If it non cancerous so in future it is convert in cancerous? 3. What to do for it? 4. Any test recommend.. like FNAC, ULTRASOUND, BLOOD TEST, X-RAY) please Give me best answer for my 4 queries. PLEASE PLEASE GIVE ME ANSWER FASTLY... PLEASE
