Hard muscle in arm since last 15 years
Hello Doctor, I have a hard muscle (a hard lump) seems attached to skin part from inside since last about 15 years. I was thinking it is due to keeping hand on table consistently while studying or working. It is painless and size is also same. Attached pic for reference. Put cross mark in the area.

Mass is not very evident on picture.  So you need to consult a surgeon and get examined physically. Since it has not changed much in last so many years, it should be a benign.
