My daughter usg is normal doest show enlarge lymph node she has pain on lower right side of abdomen CECT show one enlarge lymph node 15 by 7 mm she has pain on walking she has constipation and gastric trouble her esr is 5 LFT kft cbc vit b normal vit. D 9.00 after taking medicine course for 15 days a repeated ultrasound show no nodes visulised she has dull pain on walking why node doest not visulise in ultrasound what is the issue and what will be treatment has no fever wt loss good appetite
Pain need not necessarily be due to the enlarged lymph node. A lymph node typically enlarges following an infection in your stomach and that might be the reason it has settled down after medications in the follow-up ultrasound scan. Since you’ve mentioned blood in urine, the dull pain could be because of an urinary infection.
