Endometrium thickness

Did ultrasound on 15th day of periods. The endometrium thickness reported is 5.2mm (attached report) My average cycle length is 31-33 days. Can anyone please comment of endo thickness and further steps. Had done at home ovulation test on 13th day, came positive. Please guide me how I can proceed with natural pregnancy conception in near future

Endometrial  thickness  is  less U have to consult a gynaecologist
