Endometrium hyperplasia

My mother was diagnosed with rectal and colon ulcers 2 year back in 2019. On CT scan, incidentally endometrium hyperplasia was detected with endometrium measuring 10mm. She don't experience any postmenopausal bleeding and having no issues. I would need a suggestion whether followup is needed or not?

Endometrial hyperplasia is a significant risk factor for the development or even co-existence of endometrial cancer, so careful monitoring and treatment of women with this disorder is essential.
