Ive been diagnosed with an Endometriotic cyst of 5*3.5 cm. im aged about 29 years. 1) Is surgery will be the only cure to remove the cyst 2) Will the cyst hinder the pregnancy possibilities.

Hi. As the cyst is 5 cm and if you r planning for pregnancy then yes it needs to remove. If not planning now then you can wait.
