Right ovary is enlarged and shows a size 38*60*30 mm, volume 37cc. Right ovary contains an endometrioma of cyst volume 27.7 cc. Please help me on what to do, Doctor has prescribed contraceptive pills and a pain killer for painfull periods. Please help me with the best treatment option for this.
