I was diagnosed with severe endometriosis in Nov 2020 and get operated for same in Dec first week .After that I was on 3 month zoladex and dienogest treatment. On April 9 I got my period with heavy bleeding and also infected with covid . Doc prescribe me dienogest  for one more month . But started bleeding with mensurational pain in last week may with continue brown discharge .Still I am having brown discharge .Is it normal with endometriosis having brown discharge more often .I got married in Nov 2019 still didn't conceive. There is also inflammation in one tube (left ovary ).
