Hello mam I m 32 year old I hv left ovarian cyst and 14 mm utrus thickness with endometriosis. .. plz suggest me treatment during the period no heavy bleeding but pain is severe. ...and vomiting

Did u try medical management for pain?  Wht is the size of endometriotic cyst?...  for pain u can take ibuprofen..... and for vomiting tab perinorm/tab emset
