My neighbour has a thickened endometrium Of thickness 19.4mm And uterene fibroid Is this a type of cancer

Its not a cancer but it could be a predisposing cause of cancer later on. Further things and symptoms hv to be correlated upon and either an endometrial aspiration or hyteroscopy guided biopsy performed
