Does endometrial thickness gradually increase or decrease in uterine cancer ?
Does endometrial hyperplasia increase in cancer or can the thickness decrease also ?
Endometrial hyperplasia is significant because it suggests a D&C to exclude cancer .
Not all endometrial hyperplasia are cancer. The ones which are not cancer may decrease in thickness spontaneously.
But once the suspicion is there then D&C must be done.
