Endogest -300mg in 13 weeks

I had ectopic in the past . Now I am 13 weeks pregnant. Till now I was taking duphaston thrice daily . Last week when I went doctor was not available. So one of the nurse called her and asked for info and she told me to take endogest 300 mg . Is it safe during pregnancy

If there last time u had an ectopic pregnancy chances of having ectopic again are there. Please get a scan done to see that it is an intrauterine pregnancy and size of gestation. Endogest 200mg bd is safe.along with iron,calcium and folate .
