Thanks for the referral. Elevated TSH with pre-diabetes range of HBA1C suggest of hypothyroidism. Please let me know why did u do TSH? Do you have weight gain, irregular period, hair fall, dry skin, feeling chillness. Any family history of diabetes, or any other illness?

Need to take a consultation to check on Insulin kraft test, and free T3, T4 to make sure insulin resistance and type of hypothyroidism with clinical examination to check for the necessity of USG Neck/Thyroid. Need to start you on Tab.Thyronorm 50 MCG and re do test after 2 months for better dose adjustment.

Avoid and Stop eating cabbage, Brocolli. Limit carrot, sweet potato, and other cruciferous vegetables. Need walking everyday 30 minutes per day minimum 5 days in a week without 2 consecutive days skipping.
