You can start with saline nasal spray. If it does not prove to be satisfactoey there are minor surgical procedures that may help.

The initial management for the condition is approaches like nasal douching/ instilling nasal drops and local application of solutions in the nasal cavity. One may opt for surgical procedures like IMAP, success of the same depends on various factors. It is however, a treatment option. As for stem cells, using PRP and fat has been tried in few studies, however, I don't think many centres in India are utilising the same. I am not sure if the same has been approved by FDA yet overseas too.
