I had intercourse with my husband w/ condom but it broke and am concerned as it happened during my ovalution days..
Is EC pill available over the counter in Chennai. What are the effective tablets. What should I do as am till within 72hrs timeline..
Or should I wait till my period date..

Emergency contraceptive pills are available over the counter...the only thing being they have side effects like irregular cycles...chances of ectopic pregnancy... nausea...etc

EC pills according to me are not advisable,suggest you wait until.ur periods dates and confirm by doing a upt urine pregnancy test .,in any case these pills are not termination pills and Induce periods only if you are not pregnant.
