Elisa antibody test.

Hello doctors. My parents and brother were infected with mild covid symptoms 3 weeks, and recently did their ELISA Igg antibody test. Father's came as 6.17, mom's 5.57 but brother's came as 0.17. Parents are vaccinated with one dose of vaccine. What does this mean? Can brother now go for vaccination since his Igg antibody is negative?

1.0 is the cut off value for IgG antibodies for covid to be postive( if it is more than 1.0 it suggests that patient had suffered frok covid recently). According to latest guidelines by Government of India If covid infection has occurred after one dose if vaccine then the second dose of vaccine can be taken after 3 months from the recovery of covid infection.
