Got an inflamed cyst in left Masseter muscle since three months. I am on Albendazole and naproxen as a case of cysticercosis. Got Cysticercosis igG test done which states 0.46 but hs crp as 5.54 and crp serum as 6.4 . If it's not parasitic infection than why crp is increased. All other tests are almost in normal range.

CRP has a reference Range and values between 1 - 10 mg/dl are considered as minor inflammatory increase. They do not necessarily indicate an ongoing inflammation and thus you don’t need to need to treat the CRP values per se. As for the cyst, IgG is negative and Naproxen need not be continued for 3 months if the inflammation has clinically settled (there is no pain, swelling or tenderness).
Next Steps
Follow up with a repeat CRP report if any symptoms persist in a months time. Persistently raised or rising levels may need further discussion.
