The bone where you are experiencing the tingling sensation is called "funny bone".
It's one of the two bones present in your arm, called ulna. The other being radius.
The ulnar nerve passes at that region, & there is less muscular covering at that region.
So when something hits that region, the ulnar nerve gets stimulated. It gives you the tingling sensation.
It is common for everyone.
If the sensation is more or unbeatable, you have to consult a neurologist.
Try to avoid hitting the nerve frequently, as it may get it irritated & inflamed.
