I have been having problems with my elbow for 7 months and the symptoms have escalated the past 6 weeks, eg loss of strength in my forearm and hand and numbness in my fingers

First of tell me at what side of elbow you have pain? May be a chances of inflammation of the elbow tendon Apply ice and consult orthopedic or physiotherapy doctor
