My father was facing difficulty in deep breathing, and so we did some tests. In his 2D echo test, the EF of LV has come out to be 47% , earlier it was 60%.
Is this a serious issue...??
Even though his cardiologist has stated, it's nothing serious, we're worried.
Please answer.

Does he have any chest pain on exertion... if there's a drop in his lv function it would be a good idea to get a tread mill stress test done
