I am unmarried and my age is 31. I am having erection and ejaculation while sleeping because if sex dream. I am try to stop it, Even i stop watching th
e sexual content videos so it's reduce to weekly once. And my sperm count is reduced what should I do to increase.
What are the thing I should do to increase my sperm and how to stop the ejaculation during sleep. Every morning i am wake up with fear because it's spoil my dress and i am staying with my parents and thy don't know about this.

Do not bother about sperms count, it keeps on changing. No correlation between sperms count and sexual performance. It's only related, with pregnancy issue.
