Sir, I am azoospermic but testicular biopsy shows sperm development fit for icsi process to go IVF. My Ejaculate is not thick, volume is 2 ml. I am married and while ejaculating the pleasure is not there. Kindly give suggestions for pleasurable ejaculation. I have intercourse once a week.
