Egg rupture after Follicular test

I got follicular test done on 11th day of my period. My cycle is 30 days. Follicular test result- Right ovary-F1-19.1*13.1 mm , Left ovary- F1-20.6*22.5 and F2-14.1*14.3. Got hcg 10000 iu on 11 Th day. When will egg rupture and will all of them rupture?
